If you are interested in a product of our partner brands that is currently shown as out of stock or it is not shown in our shop, you can contact us at info@awol.com.cy or by using the contact form found here.

If the product is available to order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and you will be able to place a pre-order.

1. For all orders (except bulky/heavy items):
You can receive the items from Akis Express pick up points (Estimated delivery: within 1-2 bussiness days): FREE
Delivery to your address (Estimated delivery: within 1-3 bussiness days): 5 €

2. Bulky goods deliveries, such as bicycles or bike racks:
You can receive items from Travel Express pick up points (Estimated delivery: within 1-2 bussiness days) : 10€

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard.

ApplePay: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

How do I return an item?

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us at info@awol.com.cy or submit a return request through your customer account on our website. 

Once your return request has been approved, you may return the item by one of the following methods:

• Via ACS or Akis Express to the AWOL account at the Strovolos Industrial Area pick-up point.
• By sending it to: Adventure Without Limits LTD, Santa Roza 17A, 2035 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.
• By returning it directly to our store.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, together with any accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Consumers in the European Union also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
