Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@awol.com.cy before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical store, but you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Where possible, items should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item
Once your return request has been approved, you may return the item by one of the following methods:
• Via ACS or Akis Express to the AWOL account at Strovolos Industrial Area pick-up point.
• By sending the item to Adeventure Without Limits LTD, Santa Roza 17A, 2035, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.
• By returning the item directly to our store.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item supplied by us, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• the item is defective;
• the item is damaged;
• you receive the wrong item.
In such cases, please contact us at info@awol.com.cy so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply, where permitted by applicable law, to:
• custom-made or personalized products;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
• perishable goods (such as food);
• gift cards;
• any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
For withdrawals made under your statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The original standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option are non-refundable.
