Shipping and Delivery

AWOL ships from Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays. We ship complete orders only, i.e. the dispatch usually takes place as soon as all ordered items are ready for dispatch. Please contact the AWOL service team if you wish a partial delivery. AWOL team will contact you if for any reason the delivery time is extended.

At this time, AWOL ships orders within Cyprus only.

Carriers

Your orders will be shipped by Akis Express or Travel Express, depending on the size and the weight of the package. Bulky goods deliveries, such as bicycles or bike racks, are shipped with Travel Express.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the value of the order, the type of merchandise (size, weight).

Specifically the following shipping costs are as below:

1. For ALL orders (except bulky/heavy items):

• Receive items from Akis Express pick up points (estimated delivery within 1-2 bussiness days): FREE
• Delivery to your address (estimated delivery within 1-3 bussiness days): 5 €

 

2. Bulky goods deliveries, such as bicycles or bike racks:

Receive items from Travel Express pick up points (estimated delivery within 1-2 bussiness days) : 10€ 

Change Requests 

The AWOL team will do its best to fulfill your change requests. Usually such changes are possible until the actual start of the shipping process. If you place several orders at AWOL within a short period of time, those orders will be merged on your request only. We process each order separately.
