Adaptive Garmin Coach training plans: Prepare for your next race, train for a milestone or simply improve your fitness with adaptive or pre-built Garmin Coach running, cycling, strength or triathlon training plans. To make the workouts even more personalized, selected plans are even adjusted based on performance and health data.
Training readiness: The training readiness combines your acute training load with other health data such as recovery, sleep or stress and individually classifies your readiness for the next training session.
Training status: Indicators such as HRV status, training log and VO2max provide easy insights into the effectiveness of your training. This lets you know whether you are building up your form during training, whether you are in top form or whether you are fatigued.
Evening report: The evening report shows you a summary of your day before you go to bed and gives you recommendations on how long you should sleep and the planned training and weather for the next day. You can even customize the report according to your preferences.
